BQ24600: Troubleshooting - mosfet doesn't shut off

Part Number: BQ24600

Hello,

I designed a Li-Po-Charger (6S => 25,2V; 3A charge current) with the BQ24600. Manly I take the standard-circuit.

Now I did the first test-build and the circuit don't work:
The both fet T1 & T2 ( NVD5C668NL ) don't switch of => makes a short

Troubleshooting:
1. I removed T1 & T2 and soldered new ones => same problem
2. I removed IC1 ( BQ24600 ) and connected both (T1 & T2) gates with source. So, they should switch off. But there is also a high current through both fet's.

I'm confused ... where's the problem - anyone an idea? Did I use the wrong Fet's? NVD5C668NL

Or is there an other issue in my design?
