Dear all,
We find that some BQ34Z100-G1 chips on our board have a fever. The internal temperature read out is up to 91℃. After a power off and on,then the internal temperature can decrease to nomal state. My question is:why these chips have a fever?

0880.1.pdfHi Bryan,
The schematic is like the attachment. The chip is power by a 3.3V LDO and a MCU also powered by this LDO communicates with it by I2C. The REG25 pin of the chips which have a fever are all 3.0V.What's problem with these chips?
