BOOST+charger？

What is the voltage that your battery regulation needs to charge to?

We do have boost charger BQ25882, BQ25883, BQ25886, BQ25887 that uses 5V input and charges 2-cell battery. You can find the device details in the links below.

Or are you looking for a single cell charger that has a SYS rail of 5V? In this case, unfortunately, we do not have a single cell charger with integrated boost converter in our portfolio.

What is your application? What is the 5V rail supplying?

The question is do you need a boost 5V rail when charging?

Or are you actually looking for a charger with OTG function? If you are looking for a charger with OTG function, you can have a look at BQ2589x family.

Where is the boosted 5V rail? At VOUT? Is the output only available when there is no power at VIN? What is the expected input voltage at VIN? Many of buck charger's have OTG mode. With those charger's when power is applied to VBUS, the SYS output is regulated to a minimum system voltage (3.7V typically) and then follows the battery voltage up to 4.2V as the battery chargers. When there is no VBUS, the buck converter works in reverse and provides a regulated voltage back to VBUS or to PMID. Is the input rail 5V or a higher voltage?
