Hello,
I have just recently finished the GPC CEDV discharge cycles and have received back the parameters. I am wondering if it is possible to reduce the SOC Error % deviation. Our low rates have a low error %, but our high rates seem to be significantly higher. I have tried fiddling around with the FitMinSOC% and FitMaxSOC% config values but these are the smallest errors I could find. Could someone give me a recommendation on what to set the Fit values?
The GPC_CEDV report I received:
GPC CEDV tool, rev=51
Configuration used in present fit
NumCellSeries=1
CellTermV=10002
ChemType=3
VoltageColumn=2
CurrentColumn=3
TemperatureColumn=1
ElapsedTimeColumn=0
FitMaxSOC%=9
FitMinSOC%=3
LearnSOC%=7
CEDV parameters resulting from the fit. If EDVV bit is set to 1, EMF and EDVR0 have to be multiplied by the number of serial cells when written to data flash
EMF 10555
EDVC0 0
EDVC1 0
EDVR1 1
EDVR0 78
EDVT0 1
EDVTC 9
VOC75 2120
VOC50 2120
VOC25 2120
Recommended SOC deviation tolerance at EDV2 point is < 5% for low temperature and <3% for room and high temperature
Deviations for this set of parameters are given below for each file
file SOC error, % pass
roomtemp_lowrate.csv -0.982291996345026 1
roomtemp_highrate.csv 7.7982461154246 0
hightemp_lowrate.csv -1.52994683058379 1

lowtemp_lowrate.csv -1.10324619066717 1

Warning: Deviation is above recommended level. Retry the fit with different settings, or proceed on your own risk if the accuracy is acceptable for your application.
Thanks for any advice you can give.
