Hi,

i need spice model  for UCC256301. there is simplis model for UCC256301 is available but it is not working in lt spice. so can you provide spice model for it.

    We do not have a SPICE model for UCC256301. We have found that switched mode power supply controllers with large amount of features like UCC256301 do not simulate well in SPICE. For this reason we release simulation models that work in simulators that are specifically designed for switched mode power supplies, like SIMPLIS.
