UCC3895: how does The Adaptive Delay Set work?

Part Number: UCC3895

Dear Support Team,

Can you explain me how the adaptive delay is organized in UCC3895? I have a few questions:

1) What is the R-C circuit for? Is it just a filter? (figure 1)

2) Which element in the circuit in the figures 1, 2 is responsible for the delay?

3) In figure 3, I have shown how figures 1 and 2 are related. Is this correct?

I would be grateful if you could help me to solve my problem.

Q1, I think you are correct, it is filter only.

Q2, I proposal you check the datasheet page10 and page14. there is detail explain,Equation 5 and Equation 6, what you want to know.

Q3, I think the Adaptive Delay Set Block output to Delay Block's pin DELAB/CD FROM PAD.

I looked through the datasheet again and everything felt into place. I have another question about the specific application of the UCC3895. Can I email you or one of your colleagues? In the message I will give a more specific description of my question.
