Hello,
On some battery pack received in production, the SoH is equal to 0%. These batteries have never been used during at least 6 month (only stored in good conditions in production line). Once plugged on our industrial charger the charge is not possible because of the overcharge protection. The pack is made of 3 lion cells in serie (10,8V typical) but even at 9,5V the fuel gauge give a SoC @100% and a ASOC @ 0%.
