    Hello Takahiro Nishizawa,

    The difference  is in the RoHS and environmental information for the part.

    UCC28089DRG4 has  NiPdAu  (Nickel Palladium Gold) finish 

    UCC28089DR can have an NiPdAu  or a CuSn (Copper Tin) finish.

    But we can't understand the difference between UCC2809DR and UCC28089DRG4.
    Lead/ Ball Finish of UCC2809DR and UCC28089DRG4 are CU / NIPDAU in web page.
    These are the same.


    We can't find your answer in web page.
