They have asked for a garber data related to this design.

Are you customer's application requirements the same as PMP5694?

My Customer's requirements are as follows:

Vin : 10V-40V

Vout(sec) : 5V

Iout(sec) : 0.5A(max)

Can you provide the other similar reference design?

PMP7024 might be another good starting point for the design. The gerber files are available for this design.
