Multichannel gate driver to replace multiple TLP350SM

Hello Mike,

I am unable to find a datasheet for the TLP350SM can you provide one for me?

I am assuming that this is similar to the TLP350 family (single-channel optocoupler, 3750 Viso, 8-pin..etc https://toshiba.semicon-storage.com/info/docget.jsp?did=6217&prodName=TLP350) TI has a 6-pin single-channel opto-emulated gate driver that is functionally equivalent to the TLP350 family shown here: http://www.ti.com/product/UCC23513

We also have a dual channel 3.0kVrms isolated gate driver, UCC21220  http://www.ti.com/product/UCC21220, which can be used to replace multiple TLP350s. 
The advantage of the UCC21220 is its CMOS based inputs. Which do not require buffers to drive the inputs like opto-couplers do.
