could you please review the schematic.

There is no second protection. I will adding it in second version, also with the active fuse blowing circuit.

It would have been better if you sent the final version of the schematic as I would be able to review this just once.

The schematic looks good overall, but the cell balancing portion, is there a need for the external cell balancing? how did you go about choosing the cell balancing resistors?

The second post include the final schematics.

Well we use small 13450 600mAh.

to be safe I choosee 42mA balancing current, is that to much?.

I use 0,25W CRCW0603100RFKEAHP Resistor for balancing.

for such a small battery you do not need the external fets. That is an overkill. Use the internal fets of the gauge for cell balancing and stick with the reference schematic for that portion of the circuit.
