We are using the bq20z40 on a design and have some questions. In a nutshell, we need the device to go to sleep but cannot make the SMBus lines low without a board change. So, we are looking for alternative methods to put the device to sleep such as the ManufacturerAccess Sleep Command or some other configuration.
If the ManufacturerAccess Sleep Command is the only solution, we have several questions on how to execute this command from our firmware.
