(It can not be read easily from the data sheet)

Hi Koki,
The Thermal Information table for all TI datasheets will be populated with data modeled on a JEDEC Hi-K board unless otherwise specified. For more details on the thermal metrics, please refer to the Application Report linked below the table.
We also have a new Application Report that discusses how the application layout impacts the thermal performance of a linear regulator. The primary heatsink for TPS7A16, like most linear regulators, is the GND plane of the PCB local to the LDO. As such, we recommend maximizing the GND plane local to the LDO within the constraints of your application.
