LM5118: can the HS Pin survive 83V,3ns?

Hi team,

do we have some spec for HS pin of only 3ns or 10ns? Whether the voltage can stand will be larger than the datasheet data, can it survive 83V,3ns? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out with your question.
The HS pin is only rated to 76V. Going over that voltage can cause damage to the device. There is not specification that covers a short transient.
