    We do not offer voltage supervisors in the SOT143-4 package. We have direct replacement for the SOT23-3 variant without the manual reset pin, and we have functionally equivalent device to the STM811 in the SOT143-4 package.

    TPS3831 is a good choice as a functionally equivalent and is actually a much better device. STM811 has Iq of 6uA typical compared to TPS3831 with typical Iq of 0.15uA.
