Hi,

Could you please tell me what's the difference between TPS3823-33 and TPS3823A-33? I can NOT find the answer from the datasheet.

    The answer is provided in Section 8.3.4 Watchdog Timer (WDI) of the datasheet. The key difference is for the 'A' variant, the WDI can continue to transition high to low to high to low without any consequence while the device is in reset condition. For the non- 'A' variant, if the WDI continues to transition during a reset condition, the reset will latch to logic low (the reset will be "stuck" in fault state) even when the input voltage comes above VIT. If you don't want this latching behavior, please use the 'A' variant or use the decoupling FET as mentioned in the datasheet section 8.3.4
