My customer is doing the DDR power solution with TPS54620.
As processor + DDR + power is very critical for the system reliability, they need to do the IBIS simulation, so that requires the IBIS model for the TPS54620.
I can only find the PSpice and TINA model on the website, but that is not enough for them. As they want to board level simulation, so that's why IBIS was required.
Could you help to point out where can I get the IBIS model for those devices? Many thanks!
