I have completed my new design with TPS54340 . Here i am attached the PDF of Schematics and Layout. Anyone please review it and let me know the comments.

Here is my observation :

Schematic :

1. Use the B version of the silicon ie TPS54340B

2480.Differences between TPS54K B and non-B versions - For customer communica....pdf

2. Rest all looks good .

Layout :

1.Move High Frequency Bypass cap return (GND connection) to diode's anode to minimize high di/dt loop .

2. Rest all look good
