Can I apply 12V at input of this LDO, and get 15V out by setting (grounding) the appropriate voltage pins? What will happen to current value at the output? Thanks

For a linear low-dropout regulator, you will at least need to have your Vin higher than Vout by a Vdropout (dropout value will be decided by the current load). You cannot have a 15V output with a 12V Vin.
