Hi Sir

I have a customer who is using BQ20Z75 and finds that the static current is abnormal. About 8% of the chip's static current exceeds 600uA, but the specification does not indicate the exact range of the static current. How can I persuade the customer that the static current of 600uA is normal.

There is only a median in the specification

What is the value of their pull up resistors for the comm lines. Note that the 550uA is the typical value. You get higher values during data flash updates. You will want to make sure you compare the EVM value to yours and then see how your schematic differs from that of the EVM.

What is the current specification and distribution of BQ20Z75?How to reduce the power consumption of BQ20Z75? My customer requires the power consumption to be within 600uA.

data sheet has the current consumption. Follow the reference schematic to get the consumption in that range.
