Looking on the datasheet suggests that a 0.9V part would be available but it is not listed in the orderable information of the datasheet or the web site. I would expect the part number to be TPS3850G09DRCR.
Also would it be possible to get a 1V or 1V5 part with the +/-4% fault window.

You will need to order the adjustable version of this part, TPS3850H01.
For individual product families, we don't make variable fault windows. To achieve the typical specifications, you will need to properly select the correct component values (below).
Another possible solution for you could be the TPS3703-Q1. This device has better threshold accuracy (0.25% typical) vs. the TPS3850 (0.80% typical).
