Hi:

I have made a BMS with BQ78350+BQ76940+12Cells.

In fact, there are two battery groups and each group is made up of 6 cells.

The data showed on the label of the group is listed as below:

6 Cells

22.2V

222.0Wh

10000mAh

Now, the question is how to change the design capacity in bqStudio?

How to change the Design Capacity cWh?

How to change the Design Voltage?

    Hi Wu,

    From your screen capture, it looks like your PC is not communicating with the the BQ78350. When you are connected to the device, you will see values displayed in the 2nd column. You can type the new values directly into this window and click the 'Write All' button to write the new values to data flash.

    The design voltage is 3.7 V (voltage per cell). Be sure to follow the steps in this app note to help you set up the BQ78350-R1: http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slua924/slua924.pdf
