TPS73601-EP: Regarding Layout recommendation

i have used TPS73601 DCQ package in my project. i amnot able to find the layout recommendations for this package in the datasheet.

Hey Ishank,

There are very few external components for the device, thus there isn't much that is needed.

If you need guidelines, the feedback resistors should be close to the FB pin. Input and output capacitors are optional , but if included should stay close to the device.

Also,I would like to know about is there any recommendation regarding the thermal dissipation of this IC. eg. Placement wise, heat sink or copper plate

Hey Ishank,

We recommend to connect the part to as much ground plane as possible in order to dissipate the maximum amount of heat through the metal tab.
