BQ4050: BQ Studio showing 55% as max charge

Hi

I'm just using 4 cells 4.2v each with the BQ4050EVM and BQStudio. I can't get that bqstudio show 100% charge. It stops charging around 45 and 55%. Is there any specific configuration under bqstudio ?
