BQ76PL455A: error message 0111xxxx

Team,

On my customer's PCB they are getting something from the SPI channel. However, thet are getting an error message 0111xxxx. It isn’t a specified message in the datasheet. The 1499 (Bidirectional-forward) seems to be the problem (code begins with zero).

Can you help guide them to what could be the problem?

PL455A doesn't have SPI.
Are you referring to EMB1402?
Just want to confirm.

I am sorry, that is my error.
This issue is with the EMB1428/EMB1499 solution for active cell balancing.
Shall I create a new post, and delete this one?
