EMB1428Q: 0111xxxx error message

Team, 

On my customer's PCB (EMB1428/EMB1499 based solution for active cell balancing) they are getting something from the SPI channel. However, they are getting an error message 0111xxxx. It isn’t a specified message in the datasheet. The 1499 (Bidirectional-forward) seems to be the problem (code begins with zero). 

Can you help guide them to what could be the problem?

    Hi Viktorija,

    You didn't have to start another one.
    We had a same conversation in the e2e about a year ago. I think you can search up.
    It turned out to be software issue from customer.

    07h is not valid fault code as you mention.

    do you think you can have your customer to verify the code carefully?
