The dimensions of pins that are shown in below image is not given in the datasheet or they are not understandable. What is the dimensions of these pins? Do you have geometry/cell folder produced for MENTOR? Thank you.

Hello Ilknur,
Page 34 of the datasheet contains the land pattern along with dimensions.
You can download the footprint .bxl file from this page: www.ti.com/.../pinout-quality
and convert it to your favorite CAD tool format using Ultra Librarian (see the URL above).
