Hello,

If the input voltage is constant it can. The intent of the TPS92560 design is to be compatible with electronic transformers (which originally were designed to drive incandescent lamps). An electronic transformer does not want to see a constant load as the AC source varies.

The input voltage is undulate, so it can't support constant current output according to your answer, thanks for your help!
