LM27313: Use LM27313 to output 12Vdc in an input 8.5Vdc application

Use LM27313 to output 12Vdc in an input 8.5Vdc application, do we have batter choice in application like this? Peak current is 1A but typically 100-200mA when working.

Hi Mike,

LM27313 switch current limit is 0.8A(min) so it cannot work in the condition of Vin=8.5V, Vout=12V@1A.
May I know the minimum input voltage? LMR62014 is one choice which could work in this condition.

Zack,
Thanks for your answer, but the leadtime of LM62014 is around 16 weeks or more, it's too long for customer to roll forecast. I have promote LM27313 to engineer, they will feedback me if this could not meet their requirement and I will try another PN to the engineer.
