TPS54335A: TPS54335A using questions

I have encountered some problems about using TPS54335A to create an inverting power supply. The questions are as below.

As illustrated in figure 1, it is a 12V to -5V reference design. The type of the pin VSENCE is input, the pin PH output Vout. I think that the function of Pin VSENCE is feedback the Vout through the resistor divider.

That Vout through a series of calculations in the chip, finally we can get the Vout through pin PH. But here’s a question: the output voltage is adjustable, the formula is: Vout=VSENCE*(R5/R6+1), in this formula, VSENCE is fixed? So when the R5,R6 changed, then Vout changed? But when the VSENCE is fixed, how can VSENCE feedback the Vout?
