What is the capacity of your cells? I see you have external balancing fets and that might be an overkill.

I don't believe the external balancing is required except if they want to balance a lot quicker with higher current.

It seems ok. They should verify experimentally that it is balancing as should.

Hello,

it seems that your first MOS (the lower) for balancing is actually a NMOS, but I believe that is a mistake, it should be a PMOS.
