Win10 can't link to battery management studio

Software: Install EV2300

When DUT connect battery and also link to PC, Battery Management Studio can't show battery information.

Is there any step I miss?

Hi Vivian,

BQStudio is connecting with your EV2300. You can see in the top left side on the Dashboard that the EV2300 is detected. Which device are you trying to connect (BQ EVM)? Make sure to follow your EVM User Guide to set up the EVM for communication (power is applied, correct connection is made from EV2300 port to EVM port, etc.)

Hi Matt,

My colleague OS is also Windows 10.
He download battery management studio and install it on PC.
When he connect DUT, it can link to battery. But the same DUT and the same situation can't link on my PC.
Is there any step I can follow or user guide can refer?

Hi Vivian,

It should be able to work on your PC too - I'm not sure what would cause this. The EVM User Guide is available here: www.ti.com/.../sluub79.pdf
If you have connected the EV2300 to the DUT and have supplied power to the DUT, it should be able to communicate. I recommend installing the latest version of BQStudio and restarting your PC to see if it helps to resolve the issue.
