Hi ,

Please help recommend that the function is similar to TPS62160, but the static power consumption is too high, IQ needs less than 1uA;
TPS62160 supplies power to other peripherals. In order to save power, many MOS are added to the input. As shown in the figure, if there is a low power consumption, this part of the device can be saved. Can you recommend a solution for me?

1. What is the VIN range specs?
2. And how about the Vout range and Iout max?

Thanks for your reply.
About 7.2V input, 5V and 3.3V output, Iout is 1A, IQ needs less than 1uA.

Hi Elsa,

We have TI parts whose IQ are less than 1uA but will not fulfill 5V output voltage and 1A output current.
Is achieving 1uA the most important? Could you say what are the most important parameters so I could try to recommend you a part?

I really need Low power, so <1uA is important.

Hi Elsa,

There is one device in particular which I would I recommend, TPS62745.
We also will have a newer device with a lower IQ which should be on the web and sampled here in a few weeks.

At present, the sample 5pcs test function is required, and the agent FAE does not have permission to apply for samples at present, how to solve this situation;
