I want to know the average value of VBST current .  I want to add a resistance between VBST and LL.  Can I  use 0402 package ?

    I doubt that we have that data. The absolute maximum rating is 50 mA. Typical may be in the range of 10 mA. If you want to use a series resistor, I recommend 2 ohms.  0402 is ok to use.  Make sure to include the recommended BST capacitor. 0.1 uF, in series.
