TPS543C20: TPS543C20RVFT- Issue with the impedance

I am using TPS543C20RVFT with Arria 10 SoC for 0.95 V core. The impedance at 0.95V is showing around 1.6E which is expected. The DC-DC input is showing the same impedance. The sch is as per the eval board. Is there any failure with device ?

Can you please be more specific of your question regarding of "any failure with device"?

Did you see any shutdown or protection kick-in in your design?
