TPS54824: R/L or Spice VRM (LDO and Switchers) Models for PDN Simulations

Part Number: TPS54824
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM25116, LM20143,

Hi,

Similar to the original thread, I'm trying to run a few PDN impedance simulations and would like to include the VRM model in the sim. Does TI have any SPICE or some sort of method for determining the equivalent Rvrm Lvrm model? I'm looking at using the TPS54824 but also looking into using the TPS544C22 and TPS7A8500 for other rails on other FPGAs and ASICs. I have found a few ADS workspaces and accompanying workshops online that models the LM20143 and LM25116 but a few of the parameters are determined with lab measurements from the EVM, which I do not have the resources to extract.

Thanks,

Jeff
