When does the internal pre-charge FET of SW pin become ON?

I would like to know the ON timing. And is ON period of one time 120ns?

The pre-charge FET should switch on every switch cycle when the high-side FET turns off. Pre-charge switch on-time is typically 120ns.

Sam-san,

When does the pre-charge FET turn on if high-side FET turns off by Gate Drive UVLO?
Is it just after high-side FET turns off timing by Gate Drive UVLO? or Is it after the expected high-side FET OFF timing essentially?

Kohei,

This is a switching regulator so the high side will switch on and off in order to regulate in normal operation. The pre-charge FET should turn on every time the high-side FET turns off during this normal switching activity.
