TPS51200: PGOOD hysteresis min/max value

Hello experts,

I have question about PGOOD hysteresis.

In datasheet P5 , there is only typical value.

If hysteresis has greater value than typical, the value when PGOOD is falling will be changed.

Is it possible to tell me min/max value?

I would like to know the exact value when PGOOD is falling.

Hi Ryo,

The typical value of PGOOD hysteresis is 5%.
The min/max value is 3.8% and 7.3%.

The value are ATE data, not factory test limit.

Hi Ryo,

The ATE data is from actual test result.
To leave margin, we will set factory test limit slightly wider than ATE data variation.
