BQ24160: BQ24160 and TUSB320

Thanks for the response.

Block diagram shows TI charger IC for Type C connector. Here IC BQ24160 is shown ( I think we can use any charger IC with I limit >1.5A and USB support).

Does this block diagram is correct? I can sense that there is no connection between TUSB320 and BQ24160.

    There is no relationship between TUSB320 and BQ24160. Any charger can be used with TUSB320. Some chargers have D+/D- pins that perform USB BC 1.2 (legacy) USB detection, which compliment the TUSB320's ability to detection type C adapters. The BQ24160 D+/D- pins is first generation and does not detect as many adapters as later devices like BQ25601D.
