Hello,
What is the highest PWM frequency we could drive this switch with? This is a 12V application.
I noticed the switching delays in the datasheet and tried to do a worst case analysis.
90us turn on delay + 120us rise time + 90us turn off delay + 40us fall time = 340us = ~2.9kHz.
It seems that's a theoretical max and to prevent problems we should probably stay below that. But how far below?
