BQ34Z100-G1：Learning is successful, the status is wrong

I ran the message above through a translator:

"Hello, TI technical expert: As shown in the figure: I seem to have learned to succeed, the full charging capacity is also in line with our expectations, but I cut off the battery pack's power, and then charged to verify that the power is correct. But I found that I used 2.5a to charge, but the meter always shows 0%?"

I can't look at the SREC at the moment, if you could share the gg.csv file, that would be helpful.


From what can be seen here:

RemaingCapacity = FullChargeCapacity – Qstart = 0

Remaining Capacity = 0
FullChargeCapacity = 16600
Qstart = 16600

The gauge will run a FCC simulation when the device is reset - either through attaching the cells or using the reset command.
