TPS2363: 12v and 3.3v are ok, PGOODA is high

Part Number: TPS2363

Hi team,

we want to check the phenomenon below. power up, 12v and 3.3v are ok, PGOODA is high(should be low), could you please help check why?

BTW: We didn't use the channel B/, and Channel A AUX. Thanks.

  • Hi Frank,

All the voltages on the slot (including AUX) need to be above their respective PGOOD threshold for the PGOODA to pull Low.
Can you check PGOODA in your system by powering up AUX rail along with 12V and 3.3V rail ?
