LM4050-N: Vout accuracy at low temp

Part Number: LM4050-N

Our customer found a sample which has low accuracy at low temp. (Please see the following temp.)

Vs=8V, Vout=5V, LM4050AIM3-5.0

1. Do you think that accuracy of a failure sample is not normal at low temp?

2.Is there any wrong value for the external resistor and capacitor?

(I think the Rs is a little bit smaller than start value but it is not big problem for this case.)

Hi Koji,

That is very strange behavior. Where both devices tested on the same setup?
There is no issue with the resistors or capacitors chosen.
Can you try this setup again without a load?

I understand your answer. The setup is same for the both result. However we need tot check all the configuration again.
