TLV1117: SPX3819M3-3.3 P2P device recommendation

Hi guys.

Does TI have the P2P device too SPX3819M3? This device input spec can cover 16V. it is a little bit lower. So do we have similar or P2P function device to replace it?  Our system input voltage is around 12V. output is 3.3V. current require the device cover 1A.

    Hi Pengfei,

    Our current best offerings are TLV1117/LM1117 in SOT-223 however they are only up to 800mA. I see SPX device only goes up to 500mA. Does customer need full 1A capability?

    If 1A capability is needed, then LM317 would be a good device as it supports up to 1.5A.

    If customer can accept non-P2P, I'd like to recommend our new TLV767.
