Hi Andrew
As per my understanding -
Gnd Voltage will be = -12V + I(GND) * 1K
Vin = 0V (Connected with C863 and 862 decoupling cap)

In that case Vout should be 2.048 V above the GND pin voltage if it is open.
Why Vout is shorted to Vin in schematic?

Hi,

I think customer follows our app note to generate -2V. If this is incorrect, would you mind to provide a modified schematics to achieve -2V output with REF5020?
