can i get a schematic for 10 cell battery with passive cell balancing circuit using bq76930. and i dont need a fuel gauge(companion controller)

Hi Vishnu,
In general you will find TI reference designs (including schematics) under "Tools and Software" once you are on a product page.

In this case, when you are on the BQ76930 product page, here is where you can find them

The www.ti.com/.../TIDA-00449 #mce_temp_url# should have the information you need for a 10s battery.

i need the circuit design with out the controller. or is the controller a necessary part. we are making a bms for electric cycle, so please sent me a cicuit design

You need a MCU or a gauge like BQ78350-R1 with BQ76930.

Hi Jishnu,
I checked again and we do not have a schematic without either a gauge or a MCU with BQ76930 or BQ76940.
I suggest you take the reference design I mentioned earlier and adapt it for your application.
