We are using bq24210 chip for a Li ion Battery charger.
Could someone please explain the function of the VDPM(9th pin) pin.
We are using a 6W solar panel to charge the battery. We need a maximum of 600mA output.
So what should be the value of Rset and Rdpm.
When calculated as per data sheet Iout=Kiset/Riset.
Kiset is typically 395AΩ(395*10−18 ohms) and Iout=500mA.
Then the value of Riset will be too low.
