I can found that some input pins at the other products has the description of the equivalent block diagram for the internal ESD protections. The some cases has the only zener bypass to GND without path to VIN. We want to know the internal IO structure including zener thresh voltage if it has in order to pre-study the current path at system level ESD events.
Could you provide it for us?

Generally that will only be available at the transistor level, which is proprietary information.  I would have to locate the IC designer to open the database and then draw up a block diagram.  Typically the IC designers only perform new product development.  I will have to ask the design manager to assign someone.  I will ask for it, but it may take some time.
