TPS61022: flow backward when paralleled with aonther power source

Part Number: TPS61022

Dear TI Expers,

My customer is evaluating TPS61022, they used it to boost to 5V from 3.7V battery and work on forced PWM mode, when paralleled with aonther power source above 5V, they found it would have flow backward current to TPS61022, TPS61022 will keep switching untill broken. However, when TPS61022  work on PFM mode, when paralleled with aonther power source above 5V, it would stop switching and won't be broken. Customer do need forced PWM mode to eliminate noise and they need combine another power module which may be higher than 5V . Could you kindly help to give some advice about this case? Thanks a lot.
