Dear Sir/Madam,

I am developing using BQ34Z100-G1, but have difficulty to generate the golden image, May I know if TI will be able to help to generate golden image for BQ34Z100-G1? Will there be any charges if TI okay to help on generating the golden image?

    There are several pack makers and consulting companies that specialize in making packs with this device.

    To configure the device and ultimately create the golden image, please step through section 8 of the datasheet. If you have any questions, please let us know.
